CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

i understand that things come up and sometimes you can't make your appointment.  when this situation does arise, i do require at least 24 hours notice from the scheduled appt. time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.  this will give me a chance to fill your spot!  if you cancel your appt. less than 24 hours in advance, this will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.  if no notice is given at all (no-call, no-show), this will result in a charge equal to the full price of the reserved service.  this fee must be paid for in the salon or online prior to booking your next appointment.  i thank you in advance for you understanding!  please let me know if i can answer any questions about this policy.
